The 2007 Linda's Hillside Cabernet exhibits a core of dense black cherry and delicate plum with hints of vanilla, cassis and cinnamon. The palate starts with concentrated smooth fruit forward entry and a softer acid profile that leads to rich and smooth tannins as it finishes with a touch of mocha. This wine has the flavors and suppleness to be enjoyed on its own while maintaining an elegance that will complement many foods.
Linda's Hillside Vineyard - The vineyard is located in the southwestern bench lands of Napa Valley, in the Oak Knoll appellation. The vineyard is comprised of a steep hillside. We focus heavily on our farming and believe that great wines begin in the vineyard. This prime hillside vineyard is dedicated to producing a small quantity of premium Cabernet Sauvignon.
